NEW – Back-Tex KFW
Back-Tex KFW: a natural raw material based on a whole starch potato which exemplifies as a freshness retainer and a moisture regulator in baked goods. Back-TEX KFW is able to replace guar meal and other hydrocolloids, protracts the durability, supports the original taste and optimizes the texture and consistence (enhanced mold-release) of the dough. Specially in bread dough and dough for the rolls as well as sweet pastry the BACK-TEX KFW shows a high functional effect regarding moisture-retaining with long product shelf-life. We suggest 2 – 4 % as dosage. The declaration states: “potato”.
